As a Master Tech Apprentice, you'll train alongside a Ford Senior Master Technician or start in our Quick Lane department (based on your current skill level). This is more than a job—it’s a career path with room to grow, learn, and lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform multi-point inspections on vehicles
Assist and communicate with service advisors and Master Technicians on repair needs
Rotate tires and check tire pressure
Inspect and top off fluid levels
Lubricate parts as required
Drain and refill engine oil, replace filters
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive shop culture
Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of mechanical experience
Solid understanding of general automotive repair and maintenance
Valid driver’s license with ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
A team player with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
