Mailroom Coordinator

As the primary point of contact for corporate client requests, the coordinator will balance logistical efficiency with white-glove customer service. Daily responsibilities include sorting, processing, and delivering incoming and outgoing USPS, FedEx, and UPS packages, as well as managing emails, phone inquiries, and walk-ins.

The coordinator will also maintain precise office service activity reports and document site procedures to ensure seamless daily operations.

Ideal candidates possess 1 to 2 years of experience in a corporate mailroom, office services, or corporate hospitality environment, backed by a High School Diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency in MS Office is required, alongside the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Mail & Logistics Management: Efficiently sort, process, track, and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages (including USPS, FedEx, and UPS).
  • Client Services: Act as the primary, go-to point of contact for corporate client requests via email, phone, and in person, ensuring a seamless office experience.
  • Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily office service activity reports and carefully document site procedures.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide top-tier, white-glove customer service with a professional, "can-do" attitude to executives and guests.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience working in a corporate mailroom, office services department, or corporate hospitality/reception environment.
  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Tech Skills: Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably handle the physical requirements of an active workday (walking, standing, bending).
  • Professionalism: Strict adherence to a professional business casual dress code and excellent communication skills.
  • Compliance: Must be willing to clear a comprehensive, client-mandated fingerprinting and background security screening process prior to start.
