Facilities Support
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a 5S Facilities Technician in Tracy, CA. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity supporting facility organization, cleanliness, and continuous improvement initiatives. If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!
Responsibilities- Maintain and support 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) throughout the facility
- Conduct routine 5S and facility audits; document findings and follow up on corrective actions
- Support facility organization projects including floor markings, signage, visual controls, and storage solutions
- Assist with facility cleanliness and safety initiatives
- Work with operations teams to improve layout, organization, and efficiency
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly labeled and stored
- Train and coach employees on 5S expectations and best practices
- Support continuous improvement activities and special projects as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or facilities environment
- Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or Continuous Improvement principles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Experience conducting 5S or safety audits
- Familiarity with OSHA or workplace safety practices
- Forklift experience or certification (a plus)

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
