Job Description

Manage multiple projects from bid through closeout
Lead project teams including superintendents and PEs/APMs
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management
Plan and manage self-performed trade work
Maintain strong owner and partner relationships

The Successful Applicant

10+ years in commercial construction project management
Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
Experience leading $10M-$30M projects
High drive, accountability, and professional presence
Based within 45 minutes of the primary office location

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000+, depending on experience
