Office Administrator – Healthcare Services

Location: Carlsbad, CA

Pay Rate: $28–$32/hour (DOE)

Overview

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an organized Office Administrator to support a growing healthcare organization in Carlsbad, CA. This role focuses on insurance coordination, client intake, and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client services with insurance providers and clinical staff
  • Verify eligibility, benefits, and manage authorizations
  • Support client intake and discharge processes
  • Maintain client records, call lists, and authorization tracking
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
  • Handle administrative communications and general office operations
  • Assist with team coverage, meetings, and occasional outreach events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Healthcare Administration)
  • Experience in a medical/healthcare office required
  • Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
