Office Administrator – Healthcare Services
Location: Carlsbad, CAPay Rate: $28–$32/hour (DOE)
Overview
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an organized Office Administrator to support a growing healthcare organization in Carlsbad, CA. This role focuses on insurance coordination, client intake, and administrative support in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client services with insurance providers and clinical staff
- Verify eligibility, benefits, and manage authorizations
- Support client intake and discharge processes
- Maintain client records, call lists, and authorization tracking
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards
- Handle administrative communications and general office operations
- Assist with team coverage, meetings, and occasional outreach events
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Healthcare Administration)
- Experience in a medical/healthcare office required
- Knowledge of insurance verification and authorizations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
