Data and Analytics- Proficient in working with various People data and metrics and deriving insights into trends and causalities to eliminate losses; High Proficiency in MS Excel
Root Cause Mindset- Ability to analyse problems down to the root cause and balance between immediate fixes and developing long term systemic solutions to frequently occurring problems

TOP SKILLSET Required by HM:
- Need good experience with Excel and be comfortable working with data.
- Looking for prior work around Time and Attendance, Payroll, Leave of Absence, and other HR Generalist tasks.
- Not looking for a lot of years of experience. 2+ years is fine.

Stakeholder Engagement- Ability to influence and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify key drivers and enroll in action plans.
Responsibilities:- Drive projects/ tasks in service of improvement of Time & Attendance Processes at the site.
- Create SOPs and build T&A capabilities within site for managers to own and drive the process
- Develop and standardize local processes around Leave Management, Time & Attendance and Absenteeism Management
- Work with leaders and stakeholders across multiple levels in the org to drive projects and focus areas.
