Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Location: Wayne, PA Position Overview The RBT will work 1:1 with students to provide behavioral and academic support as part of their individualized educational programs. This role supports students with diverse needs, including those requiring assistance with feeding, toileting, positioning, and monitoring health‑related concerns.

- Support behavioral expectations and intervention strategies
- Collect and record data accurately
- Assist with personal care needs (feeding, toileting, positioning)
- Monitor student health and safety throughout the school day Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification prior to start datePreferred * Experience in Autistic Support, Special Education, Behavioral Health, or Mental Health settings Credentialing Requirements (All must be dated within the past 12 months) * PA Child Abuse Clearance
