Responsibilities:- Responsible for field orientation for RN/LPN staff with a strong concentration on clinical skill.
- In cooperation with Clinical managers, facilitate the transition of new staff to their respective roles within the agency during orientation and ongoing as needed.
- Provides focused education to staff needing additional instruction and sets up timelines for meeting established objectives.
- Assists in the planning and development of new orientation programs, including protocols and policies.
- Participates on Agency and community committees as assigned.
- Ensures compliance with State and Federal rules and regulations regarding clinical practices.
- Provided direct hands-on patient care as needed.
- Performs chart/order review and focused audits as requested.
- Perform RN telephonic visits as needed.
- Complete back-office workflow as needed.
- Cover telehealth alerts and related tasks.
- Performs related tasks as assigned and requested.
- NYS RN License
- Valid Driver's License
- Home Health Experience
- Must be willing to travel throughout the assigned counties.
