Job Description
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of the project.
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to ensure project success.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
