Job Description

Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
Maintain project schedules and construction milestones
Drive safety, quality, and compliance standards
Coordinate inspections and project logistics
Report progress to project and executive leadership

The Successful Applicant

5+ years' Superintendent experience
Commercial construction project experience
Ground-up and renovation project exposure
Strong scheduling and trade coordination skills
Proven leadership on active construction sites
