Travel CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Houston, TX | 13-Week Travel Assignment
Travel CT Technologist (ARRT-CT) needed in Houston, TX (77090) — 13-week assignment in a busy, trauma-capable Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient CT department. Ideal for CT Techs with strong teamwork and Meditech experience.
Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,030 - $2,190 (Travel CT Tech)
- Location: Houston, TX 77090 (Main Building, First Floor) — Houston CT jobs, Texas CT technologist roles
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (March 9, 2026 – June 8, 2026)
- Shift: Thu–Sun, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (10-hour days)
- Hours per Week: 40
- Dress Code: Green scrubs
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- EMR: Meditech (Expanse starting 10/9) — Meditech experience preferred
- ARRT (CT) certification required — Registered Radiologic Technologist with CT certification
- Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience
- Experience in a trauma facility preferred (Trauma Level II experience is a plus)
- Strong teamwork mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work variable weekends and be on-call as needed
- Perform all ordered CT exams for Emergency Department, inpatient, and outpatient settings as a CT Technologist / CT Tech
- Operate fixed CT equipment efficiently and safely (multislice CT scanner experience helpful)
- Collaborate with a team of 10 CT Techs (full-time and PRN) to deliver high-quality imaging services
- Maintain accurate data collection and documentation in Meditech EMR
- Adhere to department guidelines, hospital policies, and infection control standards
- Demonstrate flexibility when floating and adapting to unit needs in a fast-paced, trauma-level environment
