Salary Up to $260,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to East TN
Seeking an accomplished Executive Director to lead company-wide operations and execute strategic initiatives that drive performance, growth, and operational excellence. This executive leadership role partners closely with the CEO to translate vision into action while leading high-performing teams and ensuring organizational success.
Key Responsibilities for the Director: Provide leadership across all business operations and functions.
Execute strategic plans, initiatives, and performance objectives.Oversee daily operations, quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with the CEO on long-term strategy, financial planning, and growth initiatives.
Develop policies, processes, and performance metrics to improve accountability and results.
Lead continuous improvement, organizational change, and scalability efforts.
Build, coach, and develop high-performing leadership teams.
Manage resources, workforce planning, and key vendor relationships.
Qualification for this Directors position: Extensive operational leadership and business management experience.
Proven ability to turn strategy into measurable results.Strong leadership, team development, and change management skills.
Financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical skills.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with operational analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting tools.
