Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
The candidate will lead the technical team, work closely with business stakeholders, and support enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions
Develop scalable applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Lightning Flows
Design and manage Salesforce 2nd Generation Unlocked Packages
Work with SFDX CLI and scratch org based development methodologies
Lead offshore scrum teams and act as the primary technical point of contact
Collaborate with business/product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
Ensure Salesforce best practices including security, governor limits, and performance optimization
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain high unit test coverage
Participate in Agile ceremonies and support production releases
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
Hands-on experience with Salesforce 2GP Unlocked Packages
Strong knowledge of SFDX CLI and scratch org development
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Good understanding of Salesforce security, governor limits, and data modeling
Experience with Git and CI/CD processes
Ability to lead offshore teams and coordinate with global stakeholders
Work closely with product and business teams
Develop scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions
Participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Support deployments, code reviews, and production releases
