Well-known Real Estate Developer looking for a Controller to be the number 1 in the Accounting and Finance team.

Job Description

Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes and strategic planning initiatives.
Collaborate with Project Managers, department heads, Project Executives to monitor project budgets, analyze variances, and ensure profitability.
Supervise and mentor finance/accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to government contracting and financial management.
Ensure the accuracy of the financial records of the Bank
Manage the preparation of all financial, management, and regulatory reporting
Support month-end and year-end close
Streamline processes, automate reports and maintain procedures and policies
Prepare financial analysis
Prepare annual budget
