Salesforce Solution Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking an AP Consultant.
Responsibilities:- Lead architecture for Salesforce and Certinia across CRM, Field Service, and financial
- Translate complex business needs into scalable end-to-end solution designs
- Define platform architecture, integration strategy, data design, and solution patterns that
- Establish and reinforce architectural standards, governance practices, and design review
- Partner with business and IT leadership to prioritize strategic platform investments
- Guide teams toward clean, supportable solutions with a strong preference for scalable
- Architect integrations across enterprise applications, including ERP, UKG, and other core
- Improve platform quality, release discipline, and delivery maturity across the software
- Help reduce technical debt and create a more consistent, resilient, and extensible enterprise
- Act as a trusted advisor to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, bringing clarity to
complex decisions

- 7+ years of Salesforce experience in progressively advanced technical roles
- 3+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or comparable architecture leadership role
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, including declarative and custom
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs, and enterprise
- Proven ability to design scalable, secure, maintainable solutions across multiple business
- Experience establishing technical standards and influencing delivery teams without needing
- Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, release management, and environment strategy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives,
business leaders, and technical teams
Preferred:- Salesforce architecture certifications
- Experience with Certinia
- Experience supporting field service, service operations, or service-based business models
- Background in enterprise application integration and cross-functional business process
- Experience participating in or leading architecture review and governance forums
- A more scalable and intentional Salesforce/Certinia architecture
- Better alignment between business goals and platform design
- Reduced technical debt and stronger design consistency
- Improved confidence in integration, data, and release strategies
- A platform that is easier to extend, govern, and support as the business grows
