Construction Estimator - Work From Home Flexibility
About Our Client
My client is looking for a driven estimator to review project plans and develop and execute competitive estimates along with a range of other responsibilities working directly with the Chief Estimator. This role offers hybrid flexibility, rapid growth track and great job stability
- Multi-generation company - still family owned and will continue to be down the road.
- $150M per year, with $170M on the books for 2023.
- Specialize in large multi-family, senior living, corporate offices, hospitality. Project sizes range from $10M-20M.
- Award winning leadership and a close family-like culture in place.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management preferred.
- 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction or with trades.
- Experience with preparing bids.
- Has hands-on experience estimating projects based off of blue prints.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ground-up commercial or industrial experience required.
