Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ per year (Commission + Bonuses)

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Build relationships and maintain customer follow-up
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Work leads from internet, phone, and showroom traffic
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work retail hours including Saturdays

• Automotive sales experience
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
• Experience with CRM systems
