Direct Support Professional - Female

You will work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans and encourage community participation. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of women requiring support services.

• Assist female clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Support clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
• Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities to promote inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in client’s health or behavior.
• Provide emotional support and foster a safe, empowering environment for female clients.
• Collaborate with team members and families to ensure comprehensive care.

• Female candidates preferred to provide gender-specific support.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
