Job Details- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,930
- Job Title: CT Technologist / CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist (Travel)
- Location: Baltimore, MD 21218 (Baltimore hospital, Maryland)
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (June 29, 2026 – September 28, 2026)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Shift: Day shifts, Friday–Sunday only (Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM; Sat–Sun: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Employment Type: Travel, On-site (hospital setting)
- Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience within the last 7 years (adult acute care and outpatient experience preferred)
- Must have completed at least one prior travel assignment (travel CT tech experience preferred)
- ARRT (R) certification required
- BLS certification required
- Maryland state license (or compact license) required and must be in hand at time of submission
- Experience with Siemens CT systems required; GE, Philips, Toshiba experience preferred
- Familiarity with PACS and DICOM workflows; Cerner charting preferred
- Proficient in Abdomen, Chest, Head CTs with and without IV contrast
- Skilled in preparation and administration of contrast media and starting peripheral IVs
- Musculoskeletal trauma imaging experience
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
- Perform high-quality CT scans for adult patients in acute care and outpatient settings
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT equipment (Siemens required)
- Prepare, dose, and administer IV contrast media safely and according to protocols
- Start peripheral IVs for contrast administration as needed
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during imaging procedures
- Follow isolation precautions, infection control, and PPE protocols
- Document procedures and patient information accurately in electronic health records (Cerner preferred)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Radiology, IV team, Physical Therapy, and Respiratory Therapy
- Provide diagnostic quality imaging for musculoskeletal trauma, abdomen, chest, and head CT studies
