***Important: This is not an apprentice or entry-level position. Applicants must meet the prior residential experience and gas licensing requirements listed below to be considered ***
What You'll Do:
- Perform detailed maintenance and diagnostics in residential properties throughout the southern NH area
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with customers, offering expert advice and addressing their concerns professionally
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and fellow team members
What You'll Bring:
- EPA Certification (Preferred, not necessary)
- Active Gas Fitter license in New Hampshire, or Trainee Card with time almost completed
- Oil experience is a plus!
- Proven experience as an HVAC Maintenance Technician with strong technical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities to maintain positive client interactions
- Must be age 21, or older
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
