Job Description

You will:

  • Act as a true business partner to the CEO
  • Build a scalable, fit‑for‑purpose HR function
  • Balance public‑company rigor and regulatory requirements with speed and pragmatism
  • Be highly hands‑on, shaping frameworks while still executing day‑to‑day

This role is about building, evolving, and leading from the front.What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Designing and leading a high‑impact HR function aligned to growth
  • Delivering organization design, role clarity, and leadership capability
  • Building scalable people systems, policies, and processes
  • Owning compensation, benefits, performance management, and development frameworks
  • Partnering with leadership on succession planning and culture
  • Ensuring compliance within a public, regulated healthcare environment
  • Developing and elevating an existing HR team

  • Come from healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, telehealth, or regulated DTC/e‑commerce (essential)
  • Have experience in high‑growth and public company environments (essential)
  • Are comfortable building from scratch rather than inheriting mature infrastructure
  • Are commercially minded, pragmatic, and execution‑focused
  • Value in‑person collaboration and are committed to being office‑based in Clearwater (non-negotiable)
