Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultant
Northside Lexus is seeking full-time, experienced Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high-volume dealership. Our Sales Consultants are passionate about delivering the finest new and pre-owned luxury cars, SUVs, and hybrid vehicles on the market.If you are motivated to provide an exceptional guest experience and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, this is the opportunity for you. Essential Job Responsibilities- Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering an unparalleled luxury experience
- Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Lexus products and services
- Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process
- Participate in product and sales training courses
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow-up, generating repeat business and referrals
- Set and achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards
- Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated, customer-focused experience
- Goal-oriented with the motivation to consistently exceed performance standards
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Minimum 3 years of Toyota, Lexus or Luxury Automotive Sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
