responsibilities:
- Oversee all MRO purchasing processes for Our Client's San Diego site, including quoting, bid waivers, policy compliance, and placing capital expenditure purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance for quality and on-time delivery, proactively identifying alternate sources and expediting orders to ensure supply chain resilience.
- Manage the efficient sourcing and purchasing of packaging and materials, collaborating closely with the Supply Chain team to maintain packaging cycle count accuracy.
- Reconcile goods receipts with invoices and review vendor reports to address discrepancies and guarantee accurate order fulfillment.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to support new product launches and daily execution plans for Our Client.
