OVERVIEW:
  • The Business Intelligence (BI) Director will serve in a dual capacity: (1) directly supporting a government customer in performance management monitoring, reporting, mitigation development and execution, and (2) leading our Business Intelligence Service.
This role requires a balance of customer

GENERAL DUTIES: Customer Support Responsibilities:
  • Performance Management:
  • The Director of Business Intelligence will provide direct customer support as the Performance Manager for a cyber security program.

This support includes, but is not limited to: Developing and executing performance metrics; tracking and reporting performance against metrics; and developing mitigation plans for addressing performance challenges.

Business Intelligence Service Leadership:
  • Service Development and Execution:
  • Lead the BI service to ensure excellence in program and project execution, business development, and proposal management.
  • Personnel Management and Career Development:
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and career development for the BI service team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
  • Strategic Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for expanding BI service offerings through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
  • Business and Proposal Development:
  • Exploring and shaping potential business opportunities in the Business Intelligence portfolio.
  • Working different aspects of proposal development within and outside of the Business Intelligence portfolio.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in business intelligence, project management, and customer-focused operations.
  • Quarterly (minimum) travel to Tampa, FL and future locations that have Business Intelligence assets and interests.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • DAWIA Level II in Program Management or equivalent.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt certification.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
