Job Details – Travel RN (Rehab)- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,250 - $1,320

- Shift: 12-hour Nights (17:00 – 05:00) — Night Shift Rehab RN

- Active RN license in New Mexico or a valid multistate compact RN license
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care setting (rehab nursing preferred)
- BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to a fast-paced SNF environment
- Strong communication, documentation (EMR), and teamwork skills; experience collaborating with physical and occupational therapy teams
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans focused on functional recovery
- Administer medications and treatments safely and document medication administration accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, social work, providers) to optimize patient outcomes
- Monitor patient progress, recognize changes in condition, and escalate concerns promptly
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs
