Job Description
In this Building and Construction Assistant Superintendent role you will:
- Assist in managing daily on-site operations and ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Support the Superintendent in managing materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee quality control and ensure that all work meets the company's standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing any issues promptly.
- Assist in resolving any on-site challenges to maintain project progress.
- Ensure accurate documentation of daily activities, progress reports, and change orders.
