Travel LPN
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel LPN in Virginia Beach, VA. This is an on-site, full-time home health contract position supporting patient care across the assigned coverage areas. Apply with an updated resume for consideration.
Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hourType: Three-Month Contract, with possibility of an extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage Areas: Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform routine skilled nursing visits in home health settings
- Provide wound care, including wound vac management
- Obtain lab specimens as ordered
- Deliver patient education on disease processes, medications, and treatment plans
- Perform Foley catheter care and maintenance
- Support medication education and management compliance
- Document all patient care accurately and timely using Home Health systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all clinical and safety standards during home visits
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license required
- Prior home health experience required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills required
- Experience with Home Care Home Base (HCHB) preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel RN in Baton Rouge, LA. This is an on-site, full-time hospice travel position supporting patient care in residential settings throughout the assigned coverage area. Apply with a current resume for consideration.
Pay: $53 to $55Type: Four-month contract with possibility of extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Coverage Area: 50-mile radius from Baton Rouge
Mileage Reimbursement: Yes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day patient care in hospice home health settings
- Complete IDG notes and participate in IDG meetings
- Order medications, supplies, and DME for patients as needed
- Deliver skilled nursing care and patient assessments in home settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the HCHB system
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
- Travel daily between patient homes within assigned coverage areas
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as required
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- ASN required
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Prior Hospice or Home Health experience preferred
- HCHB experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently in a home-based care environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
