Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, cruises, vacation packages, and car rentals.
- Provide clients with accurate travel information, itineraries, and documentation requirements.
- Monitor reservations and communicate any travel updates, schedule changes, or disruptions.
- Assist clients with resolving travel-related concerns before and during their trips.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information.
- Stay informed on travel trends, supplier offerings, and destination requirements.
- Develop professional relationships with travel suppliers and industry partners.
