LTC Registered Nurse - RNVP

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• Day Shift | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 36 Hours/Week Guaranteed
• Holiday Coverage Required
• Overtime Available After 40 Hours/Week

We are seeking an experienced Long Term Care Registered Nurse (LTC RN) for a travel assignment in Cordova, Alaska. This opportunity is ideal for nurses looking to work in a close-knit community healthcare environment while enjoying Alaska’s scenic outdoor lifestyle.

• Provide direct nursing care to long term care residents
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and EMR records
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans and treatments
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, infection control, and patient safety standards

• Active Alaska RN License required
• Minimum 2 years of LTC nursing experience required
• BLS Certification required
• ACLS Certification required
• PALS preferred
• Experience with PointClick EMR preferred
