Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer - Hybrid

Location: Washington, DC
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 2 3 days onsite per week

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Position Summary
The Senior Oracle Technical Developer designs, develops, and supports custom components in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, including RICEW objects, OIC integrations, custom PL/SQL packages, Workflows, OAF/Forms customizations, and EBS concurrent programs.
The developer collaborates with functional analysts, architects, and business owners to deliver reliable, scalable, and audit-compliant technical solutions across Oracle Financials and Procurement environments.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Design & Development

Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) consistent with internal technical design standards.

Build and optimize PL/SQL programs, including custom packages, procedures, views, and database objects
Implement and support concurrent programs, validations, and staging-table frameworks for inbound/outbound integrations.
Support OIC integrations, file-based data pipelines, schedulers, REST/SOAP integrations, and error-handling frameworks consistent with OIC patterns.

Create OTBI/BIP reports and EBS XML Publisher components.
