The Construction Project Manager will lead final design, construction execution, and successful implementation of complex commercial
- industrial, renewable, and efficiency projects, including direct oversight of medium-voltage electrical power generation work at a federal installation.
- Lead daily onsite administrative and technical management of federal construction projects
- Collaborate with engineering and construction teams on design development, scope, cost estimating, scheduling, commissioning, and startup
- Manage vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost control
- Oversee medium-voltage electrical construction activities and complex facility infrastructure upgrades
- Implement site safety and health plans in alignment with OSHA and jurisdictional requirements
- Track budgets, job cost accounting, expenditures, and payment approvals
- Provide regular project status reporting, documentation, and stakeholder coordination Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager include:
- Associate's degree in construction management or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of construction project management experience supporting complex electrical, mechanical, or industrial power projects
- Experience with federal construction projects and regulated job sites
- Demonstrated expertise managing scope, schedule, and budget across multiple deliverables
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and electrical/mechanical codes
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, MS Project or P6, and AutoCAD
- Valid driver's license and ability to review confidential U.S.
- Salary Range: $125,000
- $160,000 depending on experience
- Per diem expenses paid weekly
