Job Description
Key Responsibilities of a Superintendent | Ground-Up Construction | Austin, TX- Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment placement, and workforce allocation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Develop and maintain the construction schedule in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Sequence work activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Superintendent | Ground-Up Construction | Austin, TX- 7+ years of relevant ground-up construction project experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in construction management software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology.
