Role Overview
As a CNA with CareCo, you will provide in-home care support to clients, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. This role offers consistency and the opportunity to work closely with clients over time.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with daily routines
- Personal care and hygiene support
- Preparing simple meals
- Light housekeeping and errands
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Communicating with the CareCo team regarding client updates
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for CNAs who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Compassionate and patient
- Comfortable working independently in clients' homes
- Able to follow care plans and instructions
- Valid CNA certification in the state of Rhode Island (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to be consistently punctual and reliable
- Professional communication skills
