Key Responsibilities:
- Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from their homes
- Provide transportation assistance for customers when needed
- Park and retrieve vehicles on dealership property
- Maintain awareness of vehicle condition and report any damage immediately
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers on timing and status
- Deliver a high level of courtesy and care in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable assisting customers with entry/exit from vehicles when needed
- Ability to stay active (walking, driving, standing)
