A respected interiors-focused general contractor specializing in corporate office renovations, tenant improvements, and workplace transformation projects throughout downtown Chicago.

Job Description

Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Assist with scheduling and subcontractor coordination
Attend project meetings and maintain meeting minutes
Track project costs and change orders
Help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Assist with project closeout activities

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
2-5 years of construction experience
Corporate interiors or tenant improvement experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
