Become a vital part of a hospital team in Hoffman Estates, IL as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately perform CT examinations, administer contrast agents per physician orders, operate CT equipment, and contribute to a high-acuity imaging department serving trauma and stroke patients.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years CT technologist experience.
- Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiography or related program.
- Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or radiography with CT certification.
- BLS certification.
- Experience working in a busy hospital CT department, preferably within a Level II trauma center or primary stroke center.
- Demonstrated competence with contrast administration and advanced CT protocols.
- Ability to work evening shifts and participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.
- Preferred: Prior experience with on-call overnight rotations and working multiple shift patterns.

- Shift details: Evenings 1600-0030. Occasional 1200-2030 shifts.
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend rotation.
- Holiday requirement: Holiday rotation participation required.
- On-call: Up to one overnight on-call shift per week (approximate overnight hours noted).
- Work environment: Busy CT department supporting a Level II trauma center and primary stroke program.
