• Serve as the on-site field leader, present daily
• Collaborate directly with clients throughout all phases of construction
• Support the launch and growth of the Indianapolis division
• Participate in preconstruction planning and coordination
• Manage trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Maintain daily logs and upload site photos using Procore
• Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at the end of each day
• Create and manage a 3-6 week look-ahead schedule
• Develop and implement daily and weekly site plans and procedures

• 5-10 years of experience managing ground-up construction projects valued at $15M+
• Proven ability to manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel; initial assignments will be smaller projects in Southern Indianapolis
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to wear multiple hats
• Hands-on and not afraid to get involved in field work
• Proficient in Procore and other construction management tools
• Local to Indianapolis (preferred) with strong knowledge of the local market
• Experience with large building demolition (preferred)
