Position Overview:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides one-to-one nursing care to assigned students under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or physician, supporting the student's health needs to enable safe access to educational services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct one-to-one nursing care to assigned students
- Assist with health monitoring, treatments, and medication administration
- Observe and document student condition and report changes to the supervising RN
- Support implementation of individualized healthcare plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation
- Comply with FERPA, HIPAA, and CCSD confidentiality standards
- Follow district, school, and agency policies and procedures
- Collaborate with school staff and special education teams

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Job qualifications & certifications:
- Current, unencumbered Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
- Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Spanish-English bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
