Job Description

the HVAC Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Projects - Raleigh will be responsible for:

Plan, schedule, and execute HVAC projects
Supervise HVAC technicians, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
Ensure installations meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards
Conduct safety meetings and inspections
Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiently
Maintain client relationships and provide project updates
Resolve project-related issues promptly
Maintain accurate project documentation
Assist with budgets and cost control

The Successful Applicant

The Successful HVAC Superintendent - Commercial & Industrial Projects - Raleigh will have:

3+ years of proven experience as an HVAC Superintendent on commercial/industrial projects
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and industry best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with Salesforce or other relevant software experience
the want and ability to grow within their role
Manage and mentor skilled technicians and subcontractors
