Litigation Associate - New York, NY

The New York City offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney. Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be expected to independently handle all aspects of litigation, including:
- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing and arguing motions
- Participating in court conferences and oral arguments

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of defense litigation
- Admitted to practice in New York
- Superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000
