The Director of Training is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and development programs across all manufacturing facilities in Florida. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader for workforce training, ensuring that all plant personnel from line operators to site leadership possess the competencies required to meet safety, quality, regulatory, and productivity objectives.Supervise 5 personnel
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Education, or a related field required. Minimum of eight years of experience in personnel training in a manufacturing industry.
Experience in financial operations and technology systems is also preferred.
