Regional Manager – Dental Operations

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to oversee multiple dental practice locations within our Dental Management Organization (DMO). This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across all assigned practices.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven ability to manage teams, optimize performance metrics, and support a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple dental practice locations
  • Ensure consistency in workflows, systems, and operational standards
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
Staff Management & Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop Office Managers and team members
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes
Financial Performance
  • Monitor and drive key financial metrics including collections, expenses, and profitability
  • Partner with leadership to ensure practices meet or exceed budget goals
  • Identify trends and implement strategies to improve financial outcomes
Performance Metrics
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as production, collections, patient flow, and case acceptance
  • Hold teams accountable to performance targets
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting to leadership
Patient Experience
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent patient experience across all locations
  • Address patient concerns and implement improvements as needed
  • Promote patient retention and growth strategies
Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
  • Oversee administrative processes and ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3–5 years of management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the dental industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple locations or teams
  • Strong understanding of dental practice operations and KPIs
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze data and drive performance improvements
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to practice locations
