Job Description
Commercial Superintendent will be responsible for the following:
• Lead and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Supervise subcontractors and oversee daily construction operations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any material or method-related issues.
• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure a culture of safety and enforce safety protocols on-site.

The Successful Applicant
Commercial Superintendent must have the following:
• Experience in ground-up construction is required.
• Proficiency in various sectors of commercial construction, including healthcare, education, office, and recreational facilities.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Strong mathematical and computer skills are essential.
