Minimum Qualifications- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Tennessee PTA license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting required. New graduates will be considered only if they have SNF clinical experience. (Preferred: prior travel or contract SNF experience.)
- Familiarity with point-of-service productivity documentation preferred; ability to maintain approximately 88% productivity expected.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as needed and to accept occasional schedule changes.
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Pattern: Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Flex schedule available and required when needed.
- COVID Policy: Vaccination not required; a signed acknowledgement of risks if not vaccinated is required.
- New Graduates: Acceptable only with prior SNF clinical experience.
