POSITION PURPOSE:

Under the direct supervision of the Laundry Supervisor, the laundry attendant will perform all laundry duties across the resort to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and the delivery of a luxurious, unparalleled guest experience.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/TASKS:

Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
Load and unload washers and dryers.
Maintain equipment as trained.
Fold, store and distribute linens.
Assist with other housekeeping tasks in the event of staffing shortages.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Use automated ironer

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior laundry or housekeeping experience preferred.
Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, reaching, kneeling and bending.
Ability to use cleaning chemicals.
Maintains a high level of cleanliness, safety and professionalism.
Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
Must be reliable, flexible & keep to schedule
