Job Description

The Superintendent - Industrial Projects $50M+ will be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operations at construction sites, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among the team.
• Monitoring project progress and performance metrics, reporting regularly to project managers and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conducting regular meetings with project teams to review progress, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of construction activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Industrial Projects $50M+ should have:

• 6+ years of Superintendent experience
• Experience working on ground up industrial projects (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations specific to industrial settings.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
