- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,010 – $1,060 (competitive travel LPN pay)
- Active and unrestricted LPN or LVN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in a Med/Surg (medical-surgical) setting
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA
- NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
- IV Certification (peripheral IV therapy experience preferred)
- Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (travel nursing eligibility)
- Provide delegated aspects of direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Perform medication administration, peripheral IV therapy, and basic wound care as delegated
- Conduct physical examinations, collect clinical data, and assist with ADLs
- Use critical thinking and clinical judgment to ensure safe delivery of care in a med/surg environment
- Implement physician orders, complete accurate documentation, and support discharge planning
- Delegate and supervise assigned personnel; provide clear direction and on-the-job coaching
- Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
- Hands-on Med/Surg experience in a collaborative hospital setting
