We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our busy endodontic practice. Being warm, professional, and comfortable speaking with patients on the phone is essential in this role.Our office has a strong daily energy and a supportive, family-oriented team that not only takes great care of our patients but also takes care of one another. Dependability is essential as we work together in a fast paced, team focused environment.
Schedule: Full time with potential flexibility
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications:
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a dental, medical, or other receptionist/front office role required
- Excellent communication, customer service, and professional phone etiquette skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $15-$19 per hour.
