Social Pet Hotel & Daycare is looking to hire full-time Dog Daycare CSR/Front Desk Associates at our Pineville location. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS. This full-time CSR/Front Desk position starts at $16/hour, plus TIPS after your initial onboarding period. What You’ll Do- Manage check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist with bookings
- Communicate clearly with pet parents about services, updates, and any concerns
- Partner closely with the daycare team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior customer service experience for this role
- Ability to complete Fetch Find Training and Customer Service Training upon hire
- Ability to complete Pet CPR and First Aid Training within 6 months of hire
- Ability to become Fear Free Certified within 12 months of hire
- Option to become PACCC Certified
- Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds, with or without assistance
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions

FULL-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This Dog Daycare CSR/Front Desk position requires a flexible schedule typically working 5 days a week, including some weekends. We are open 7 days a week, so weekends and holidays are part of the job.
