Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide virtual therapy and ongoing clinical support to clients across Connecticut. This role focuses on helping people manage mental health concerns, work through personal challenges, and build practical coping strategies.
On a daily basis, you will meet with clients through telehealth, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and document care in a clear and timely way.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete client assessments and review mental health history
- Develop treatment plans based on each client’s needs and goals
- Maintain accurate session notes and clinical documentation
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches when appropriate
- Support clients with coping tools, emotional regulation, and problem-solving
- Respond appropriately to risk concerns and follow clinical protocols
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Active LCSW license in Connecticut
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong assessment, documentation, and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using EHR systems and video platforms
